Real Broker, LLC

Joanie is professional, knowledgeable, has great follow-up and a get-it-done attitude! She is honest, upfront and has integrity. Joanie is extremely responsive, attention to detail, and just overall very friendly and great to work with. When she listed and sold our home she kept us informed and answered our calls when we had questions.

Forrest Stodghill was an excellent agent for us. We had been looking, casually for some time and finally needed to get serious about purchasing a larger home. He asked many questions about what we were interested in as 'must have' and location, as well as top of our budget. He was always willing to look into anything we saw that might meet our needs. He never pressured us to a make a decision or go over our budget. We had to stop looking because of a family crisis/death and he understood and continued to look as houses came to market, but never sent info until we notified him that we were ready to start looking/purchase again. I would recommend Forrest to anyone. He is very helpful, kind, friendly and professional.

Joanie Larson is attentive to her work, and gets things done in a timely manner. Easy to work with for buying or selling a home. She helped us sell a home in what I thought was quick. She helps us daily in finding our new home

Forrest was very knowledge and diligent with helping us find the home of our dreams. I highly recommend him if you are looking to find a very helpful, kind, personable, hard working realtor. We went through countless houses and inspections and through it all, Forrest was extremely patient and understanding. We have him to thank for the beautiful home we have now.

She was right on everything. No fooling around. No complaints.
