Tim helped me to get into a brand new home, and I didn't even think it was possible for me to own a home! I have a brand new, beautiful DR Horton home that I love coming home to every day! If you make Tim your real estate agent, he will literally treat you like his own family! He will bend over backwards to ensure that you are absolutely happy with your purchase! He went waaaaaaaaaaaay out of his way to help me purchase this home. If you make Tim Terzich your real estate agent, you simply CANNOT go wrong!!!!

"My husband and I had the greatest experience working with Adele Brown Realty. It's our first time buying a home and Adele was really there for us. She met all of our needs answered every single question we had. She was extremely patience with us. Definitely recommend her. Made our experience an awesome one."

Tim was available through phone or text at almost all times of the day. I work weird hours and he was able to help when I was off. I would highly recommend him to a friend, and I have.

"Adele Brown was very knowledgeable, patient, and guided us trough as a first time home buyer. We were able to purchase a property in fairly quick time at a market value even in a sellers Market with properties going above asked price. The proposal actually made and accepted during the winter storm We are very happy with our home, and it is nice to have help from someone willing to go beyond! "
