We really enjoyed working with Jonathan on the purchase of our home in Florida. He was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He always made time to answer our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. Jonathan knows the local market well and gave us helpful advice during negotiations. Since we were buying a home from out of state, we really appreciated his patience, flexibility, and willingness to help whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we are happy with how everything worked out. We would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jonathon was easy to work with and he goes the extra mile! From the first meeting with Jonathan, he provided clear and concise information to help me make informed decisions on the sale of my house. I needed to sell quickly as I was moving out of the country and Jonathan helped make it possible and was calm and reassuring throughout the process. His recommendations and ability to make my house stand out resulted in a sale within 2 months in a market with many comparable properties already listed. If you need someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and on your side during your sale, Jonathan is the right agent for you. I highly recommend his services.

Words cannot fully express how grateful we are for everything that Jonathan did to help us sell our home. From our very first conversation to the closing, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive. His guidance and dedication gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Thank you for always being available to answer my questions, keeping us informed every step of the way, and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care that Jonathan invested in making the sale of our home a success. It has been a pleasure working with him, and I will always be thankful for his kindness and commitment. I would gladly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor. With sincere appreciation and gratitude!

As a first time buyer, Emily made the process less overwhelming and walked me through every step. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and communicated everything clearly. Whether youre an experienced buyer or a newbie like me, go with Emily!

Emily was outstanding to work with: easy communication, responsiveness, attention to the details. We had a failed purchase and had to move on to finding new properties. She demonstrated great knowledge of the area, helped find amd coordinate a number of showings with a short notice. She helped make an easy closing day walk through process. If you are looking in Brevard/Space coast, she is your girl.
