Sarah did an amazing job selling my parents home. She was professional, organized, and always one step ahead. Her pricing strategy, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldnt have asked for a better realtoraEUR"highly recommend!

Sarah was the listing agent on the lake house we were interested in. After chatting with her, we decided to use her services throughout the process since she was so pleasant and professional. She made our purchase of our dream lake house very smooth, effortless. Her attention to detail and promptness with responses was very much appreciated. We highly recommend Sarah if youre looking to sell or buy.

Sarah Harding is a true professional. She listed and sold our home for us recently. She went above and beyond in every way we didn't even think of. Fought to get us the maximum value for our home and made the transaction easy and stress free. Which is saying a lot, I have had some not so good experiences in the past with other realtors. Sarah went out of her way to make sure we felt informed and educated on exactly how the transaction would go well before it actually happened. Her communication is second to none, the people she hired to do the videos and pictures of our property were excellent as well. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell a home to contact Sarah. She will be the only person I contact for all of our restate needs in the future. And if you do, you won't regret it either. She's the best!

Sarah is outstanding, a great realtor and a wonderful individual. Her market knowledge in Northern Michigan, was instrumental in our decision to use her as well as the pricing and marketing strategy that we used. Our home was sold after only 3 days on the market, well beyond our expectations. She continued to stay in touch through our closing process and was helpful and insightful in all aspects of not just the sale but our move to a new location. Thank you Sarah for all your help!

From the start in August until now in September, Sarah was amazing!! Her team took amazing photos, videos and posted our house all over social media and in less than 2 months our house was sold. All paperwork and signing was done conveniently online, and day of closing someone came to my home for me to sign paperwork to close. I couldnt have asked for a more seamless sale. If I ever need to sell another house, i will 100% be using Sarah! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
