Buying a house in this crazy market was a stressful experience however Jackie made the process so enjoyable. We used Jackie as our realtor while we were stationed in Japan and she was so amazing to work with and knowledgeable about some of the obstacles of buying a home as a military family. We were very nervous to have to purchase a home sight unseen however Jackie was so accommodating doing virtual home tours, answering all of our questions in a timely manner, and made sure that we were comfortable with each step. She is so nice, personable, knowledgeable about the area, and doesn't push or pressure you in any way to buy a home. Honestly going through Jackie was my favorite part of the home buying process because she was always so positive and encouraging.
