Helen was great to work with! Consistent communication not only with me, but with the seller of the home, home inspector, etc. Flexible schedule and even helped me after work and on the weekend. She made the house buying process less stressful and showed me a variety of homes while keeping my wish list in mind. Highly recommend!

We hit the jackpot with Helen Cook. She responded when I made an inquiry on a house I saw on Zillow. Ive never had such an uncomplicated experience in buying a house. She was wonderfully personable and professional. She was quick to provide any information requested and was always willing to adjust with our requests. Being new to Austin, we had a lot of extra questions. She never pressed us or tried to oversell. I cant recommend Helen highly enough. You cant go wrong working with her. ALL THE STARS. Thank you, Helen!

Helen is the best! Ours was a complex estate property with multiple stakeholders and she guided us through. Thank you for your patience, tenacity and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Helen made the process easy and was always available to answer any questions I had. She helped navigate every aspect of the process. Highly recommend to anyone.

Helen is the best help out there when it comes to buying a house! She kept every step in the home buying process as smooth as could be. Her communication was very clear and always helpful. It was a blast touring the houses to find the right one, and when I did, she made the purchase process simple. I would chose Helen as my Realtor if I had to do it again.
