First and foremost, Nick made the entire home buying process very easy. He was always very responsive to our calls/texts/emails no matter what. Throughout our time together, he made sure to go through everything step by step and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. We always seemed to have a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them. The house we ended up buying came on the market when he happened to be out of town for a few days. With homes in our price point moving quickly, he made sure to set up an appointment to look at the house with another agent (happened to be his brother) the day the house came on the market. Even though he was out of town, he still was in touch with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend anyone who is buying or selling a home to reach out to Nick Wagoner. He is a very down to earth person and truly has your interests in mind. He will continue to stick to your budget and listen to your wants and needs.

My wife and I live in Leawood Estates subdivision. We have been in our home for nearly 25 years and are looking to retire in the next year or so. With that, we needed a lot of help with more than just moving out of state. Nick and his team sell a lot in and around our Leawood Estates subdivision. We called him and he was very friendly and professional. He met with us last week and was a breath of fresh air. He gave us a realistic price for our home and had his marketing director, Kelly, at our home giving us really helpful tips and trick to get more money for our house. He gave us contractors for things we needed to do around the house like painting, tile repair, landscaping, and putting in new carpet. He took the guess work out of getting the home ready for the market. We will be listing this late spring/summer and Nick Wagoner gave us a really clear road map to get us ready to sell fast and for top dollar!
