We called him and he was very friendly and professional. He met with us last week and was a breath of fresh air. He gave us a realistic price for our home and had his marketing director, Kelly, at our home giving us really helpful tips and trick to get more money for our house. He gave us contractors for things we needed to do around the house like painting, tile repair, landscaping, and putting in new carpet. He took the guess work out of getting the home ready for the market. We will be listing this late spring/summer and Nick Wagoner gave us a really clear road map to get us ready to sell fast and for top dollar! We need to sell our home in Prairie Village, Kansas and are looking for more room and need something newer or more updated. Throughout our time together, he made sure to go through everything step by step and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Nick is exceptionally knowledgeable, and has great contacts and resources. Nick doesn't just show you a house, he helps you find your home. Nick will point out details of houses that most people overlook or wouldn't consider, but could tell you a lot about the house or neighborhood (i.e. A.C. unit encased in a steel cage might indicate past/present theft issues for that location). Nick is a skilled negotiator and was able to get us a new roof prior to closing.
