I was a first time home buyer in North Bergan area and had many questions. Michael and his partner Saquib make a great team, they guided me through all the steps along the way from application to closure. Their experience and knowledge in the field makes the process very smooth, while always looking what's best for you. I bought a condo, and sometimes getting information from the HOA is no easy task, thankfully Michael was able to get all the needed information.

Michael's main strength is his responsiveness., and friendly nature. He answers the phone and returns calls. As a listing agent, he lacks writing skills and cannot produce an acceptable listing. When he represented me( as an assistant to a realtor doing my purchase, he failed to properly represent me and better represented the seller. She was so grateful to him that she sent him a thank you note. I reached out to him when I was selling the house for clarification on a septic issue that arose, and Michael did not respond even after numerous requests. I assume he felt he had some legal liability. He did not.

We visited almost 30 different apartments before making our first offer. Mike was very patient during the entire process. He's also very knowledgeable about the area of Hoboken, Jersey City, and Union City. After our offer was accepted, he guided us through the entire purchase process of getting a lawyer, an inspector, and a contractor to fix up the place.

Mike was freaking awesome. He was always there when we needed help to walk us through anything day or night. Even if we texted him late night with questions he always responded first thing in the morning. Mike was extremely dedicated and worked within our schedule. We saw soooo many houses but it was our preference to see as many as possible because we only had 2 days a week to look. Boy o boy did he have our days filled and we loved it. Mike actually picked out our house. We saw it on a listing and overlooked it because we didn't like the layout. But we trusted him and bam! We bought the house and are so in love with it. Mike your are a rockstar, thank you thank you thank you!
