We went through Stephanie as our buying agent for a long distance move from Iowa to the Phoenix area. Stephanie asked questions to get a better understanding of what we was looking for and was able to find us a house that fit our needs. She and Kymberly set an expectation of the market for my wife and I that enabled us to make better and quicker decisions. Even through the closing process they was both there for us to assist us through the walkthrough of the new home and helped us find the things that needed to be fixed as if it was their house. Stephanie was there for us every step of the way and if we would have known what we know now we would have trusted Stephanie and the team to do the initial walkthrough on our behalf without us having to fly there. I look forward to giving her a call when the time comes to sell this home and buy our next.

WONDER WOMAN! Well, where to start? I called for a Real Estate Agent, and Stephanie reached out to me. I just knew from her tone and her demeanor this was someone I could work with; it didnt mean she was good, but someone I could easily work with. She proceeded to ask me many questions to refine what we were looking for in a home. Very thorough. WHY were we moving? WHAT were we looking for? WHEN were we looking to buy/move? WHERE did we want to move to? I gave her all of my criteria, such as a four car garage, RV gate, Man cave, etc. Then I gave her all of the bosss (my wifes) criteria. The boss had been exploring for over a year, and knew what she wanted. Man Cave, four car garage- nope, not on her list! Stephanie made time for appointments that worked for all; the boss had her list of homes, and Stephanie had hers. Somewhat ironically, the first home Stephanie showed us had been crossed off of my wifes list. It did not show well online. But Steph knows her business, had done her research, and showed the house she thought best met our desires! Guess what? Steph was right first time out of the box! My wife fell in love, I reconciled myself to no man-cave, and we moved on to see the other houses that my wife had vetted. Nothing came close! A couple of them we did not even enter, knowing what Stephanie had shown us from the get-go. Made an offer the next day, moved in a month later, and wife is very happy! This is not our first rodeo. Have owned multiple houses in multiple states, and Stephanie was one of the best agents we have ever worked with, top three for sure (dont want to denigrate the others in the top three!). I live by a credo- you can go through life silent if you choose. But if you think you have a RIGHT to complain and criticize, then you have an OBLIGATION to praise. Quite different words and meanings, with obligation being a MUCH more powerful term than a right. Therefore, I am fulfilling my OBLIGATION to give Stephanie the highest of praise. I often give nicknames to people in my life. They are not always flattering. I nicknamed Stephanie Wonder Woman, and any time I called the office for her, I would hear a giggle, and they would say aEURoeWonder Woman, its for you!aEUR? She is that good! Thanks Steph (Wonder Woman)!!

Selling a home is a terrible experience; very stressful and time consuming. After sitting with Julie G. for our initial meeting, my wife and I felt like we were in good hands. We had met with a few other realtors and none of them quite made us feel secure that we could get what we needed for the house and in a timely manner.
