Real Broker

Unbelievable!! How many times have you needed a professional, worked with them, and then afterwards thought they did an amazing job for you? That was our experience with Andrew. We found Andrew through his YouTube channel. I highly recommend you watch this as its a good way for you to kind of get a good sense of the man you will be working with. He is one of our countrys fine veterans and it shows in his work ethics and respectful treatment of his clients. We lived in NY and my husband recently retired and we were looking for a home in St. Augustine, Florida. We ended up purchasing a home in the Reverie at Trailmark 55 plus community without ever having to go there and the home is a perfect fit for all the wants and needs we asked for. Andrew left no detail, large or small, overlooked. Thanks to his diligence and his many, many hours spent helping us, we have a home that we love to spend our retirement years in. We have a family member who is considering moving to the area and we have recently reached out to Andrew and he is helping them.

Our experience with Andrew was great. This is the third time he has worked with my husband and I in the purchase or sale of a home; he helped us find and purchase a home in Mandarin when we relocated from out of state, and helped us to sell the house when we moved back out of Florida several years later. We now find ourselves back in Florida and thought of no one else to help us buy our next home here. Andrew is extremely responsive whenever weve had a question and has helped us in every step of the home buying process. It means a lot to know that we are in such good hands. We are now under contract for the home Andrew helped us to find and the process frankly could not have been quicker, easier, or more positive. Would we seek out Andrew if we ever needed to sell or buy again? Absolutely, and we would definitely recommend him and his team.

Andrew was beyond professional with the sale of our property. I could not recommend him enough. His knowledge of the local market and expertise made the experience easy.

Kylene is a fantastic realtor. Having moved from Staten Island to Florida, she helped making our move very easy. She had patience, knowledge and very pleasant. Very friendly too. We would recommend her highly. She is the best.

Andrew and I worked together in law enforcement years prior to my wife and I beginning our home search in Palm Coast Fl. I came across Andrews YouTube videos and reconnected with him. Best decision we made was hiring Andrew for our home search. Andrew is extremely professional, knowledgeable and was there for any questions we had. On one of our last minute trips to Palm Coast from South Florida, Andrew was unavailable and sent us a team member Nicholas who was also extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all 4 of the houses we viewed that day. If your looking in the St. Augustine or Palm Coast area, I highly recommend Andrew and his team from Coastal Haven Group for your real estate needs. 5 star team all the way!
