I am a different kind of buyer.... I'm an investor and do a lot of research, know what I want, then need someone to show it to me. Several realtors blew me off because I wouldn't agree to make them a buyer's agent. I was getting discouraged, but then I met Chasity! I immediately recognized she was a professional Realtor, and she happily showed me the houses I wanted to see (one of which was the smelliest I've ever seen!)
