I am a different kind of buyer.... I'm an investor and do a lot of research, know what I want, then need someone to show it to me. Several realtors blew me off because I wouldn't agree to make them a buyer's agent. I was getting discouraged, but then I met Chasity! I immediately recognized she was a professional Realtor, and she happily showed me the houses I wanted to see (one of which was the smelliest I've ever seen!) Scott is an awesome realtor! Hes very knowledgeable about his field and can help simplify things for you to understand when lost. During our process when we didnt ask a question during house walks, attorneys office etc. Scott asked on our behalf because we simply did not know to ask these questions and he made sure we were well taken care of start to finish.
