At each step in the process she explained the purpose of each document, and the consequences of accepting or rejecting it. I never felt pressure to accept or reject a particular offer. Once I accepted an offer Sabines communications with the buyers broker and with the Title Company were so complete that I had nothing to do except wait for the closing process.

Sabine was very responsive and knowledgeable. She is detailed-oriented and thorough. I felt confident that all the steps toward the eventual purchase were handled properly and with my best interest in mind.

Sabine is very professional, a great communicator and kept me well informed throughout the entire process of buying the house. She immediately responded to my calls, emails and texts. She worked hard (many hours) between all parties and agencies to bring the final closing together. Without her expertise and hard work, I believe the purchase would have fallen through due to some missing documentation or incomplete step in the process overlooked by everyone else.
