We moved to Mesa after looking at 60-70 homes from Cottonwood to Sedona to Apache Junction. Mesa was the best fit for us and it put us close to kids and grandkids. Gale Culver was referred to us by a realtor friend from out of the area. We interviewed her felt she was very knowledgable, professional and pleasant. Oh yeah, and patient, as we viewed about 20 homes with her. We found a home in Mesa that fit us best. The negotiations and escrow gave us some bumps and bruises because of the leased solar, the sellers wouldn't fix anything, and the sellers left things behind that should have been removed. That was needlessly frustrating. Her assistant stood in for her at a critical time when Gale was unavailable. The assistant misinformed us about negotiating the solar lease, and it later cost us $27k in the deal. Overall Gale is very knowledgable and well-connected with many services and contractors that many homeowners need when buying/selling.
