Real

We were so grateful to work with Caroline Gau in the sale of our Northbrook home. We lived there for 26 years and were away for the winter during the whole process. Caroline and her team came into our home and staged it and packed up some items to make it look perfect. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable of the market on the North Shore and helped price our house perfectly. We received 2 offers within the first 2 days of it being on the market. We strongly recommend Caroline! She was such a pleasure to work with and made an extremely emotional process go so smoothly and helped guide us all along the way.

Caroline was the obvious choice for us from our first meeting. She is honest, experienced, welcoming, and more. She has sold two homes for us and exceeded our expectations each time. Caroline is the real deal and should be on your short list if you are looking for more than just an agent.

Caroline successfully sold my single house in Glenview IL in May 2026. She is highly resourceful by arranging all required repairs to be completed promptly and at competitive prices. She is a person of high integrity. She earned my trust. She also informed me of all potential scenarios, as if she came from the future, because she knew the Glenview and Northbrook market so well. She also showed her excellent skill in prelisting by getting the attention of a large local crowd before we even listed. I am so lucky and greatful that I had the chance to work with a person of such high integrity. It was a joy! Thank you Carolien.

Caroline is extremely professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend using Caroline for any real estate need.

Caroline was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable regarding the homebuying process.
