We werent the most prepared or decisive sellers, but Bernie was patient and informative every step of the way, going beyond merely representing us in the sales process.Wed connected with Bernie through a recommendation from our realtor Brittney Hunt in Northern Virginia. Wed had our Florida home for nearly 11 years and were finally ready to get our from underwater on a mortgage we made in 2008 before the trough of the crash.We arent a well organized or fastidious family, and our house was well lived in when Bernie first saw it last October. Still, he was focused on what the house could be, not what it was. Long before we even had him on contract, he was helping us reach trustworthy and (almost without exception) timely contractors. He was patient through our indecision about renting or selling over the many months we prepared for sale. And when we were finally moved out and ready to sell, Bernie had a cash offer for nearly the full listing price, and a standby financed offer for the same amount, two days before the house even went on MLS! We accepted the offer the same day that the MLS listing went active.That was a tremendous plus for us, as we had sold our prior house in 2008 after ten months chasing a market that fell faster than we could chase it. Wow.. We cant say enough about Team Stiller Realtors Bernie and his wife are the reason we found our home in Cape Coral FL. We were living in Iowa and needed a home asap. as we were being relocated for work. I also need to mention I am a bit picky.We were flying in for 2 days the first go around at house hunting. Bernie was able to set up 16 showings in 2 days. Both Abby and Bernie teamed up to show us all of the homes that were scheduled. They were both extremely professional and more importantly friendly. They shared their knowledge of the area explaining to us the neighborhoods.Unfortunately we were not able to get a house at that time. Did that stop Team Stiller?!?Nope, not one bit.!The very next day Bernie was sending us houses. We were making offers before seeing the homes this time due to flight restrictions.
