ZillowVERIFIEDWe have bought & sold about eight houses/townhouses in the last 18 years due to transfers and other reasons. One of us is a licensed RE agent and we initially used about five different RE companies, e.g, Keller Williams, Century 21, RE/MAX, Kinlin Grover and local agencies. We ended up "firing" every selling agent, after about 2 months, that we hired, as they normally are primarily interested in "list and forget" selling. Cindy is the most professional and competent agent we have every used. She represented our interests completly through out the buying, contactual and closing process. Cindy learned what our housing requirements and did not waste time showing us houses that we were not interested in seeing. She is an excellent negotiator and went our of her way to pesonally assist us as "out of state" purchasers. We will use her again and highly recommed Cindy in any RE capacity.
