My husband and I worked with Andraya to seek out and purchase both commercial investment property and land for our future home. In both endeavors, Andraya was extremely thorough and thoughtful. She will literally get into the weeds with you as we walked some large acreages on multiple occasions and she even helped carry one of our little ones around! They became good buds! Working with Andraya Stender to find my first home was a great experience! In a market where it started to feel like I wasnt going to find the right home for me she always kept me motivated to keep searching. Andraya knows a lot about the area and was always prepared to talk about the homes we looked at. We had to look at quite a few homes and had to put in a lot of offers before the right one came along. She was very responsive and always found time in her schedule to go tour homes that I was interested in. Andraya took the time to really get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. She gave me great advice throughout the whole process and was very knowledgeable when it came to putting in offers. Once we started negotiating with the sellers she continued to work hard to get me the best deal possible and kept my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend working with Andraya to find your next home and would 100% work with her again if I am in the market for a new home someday!
