Rafter H Realty LLC

Thank you so much for this incredible review! ? It was such a joy helping you navigate your move from Illinois to Mansfield, TX -- relocating to a new state (and a new market) can feel overwhelming, and I'm so glad I could make that transition feel smooth and stress-free for your family. Finding the right home isn't just about square footage and price -- it's about knowing a buyer's must-haves well enough to spot a contender the moment we walk in, and I'm thrilled that came through in our very first showing together! Helping out-of-state buyers get oriented in the DFW Metroplex is one of my favorite parts of this business, and stories like yours are exactly why I love what I do. Thank you for trusting Rafter H Realty LLC with such a big life change. Welcome to Mansfield -- I can't wait to see you settle in and thrive in your new community!

Working with Carlee was one of the best decisions I made during my home?selling process. She kept me on track from day one, making sure every step moved forward smoothly and on schedule. Her guidance was always clear, organized, and focused on what truly mattered.Carlee also provided excellent referrals for repairs and purchases -- trustworthy vendors who delivered quality work without blowing my budget. Because of her direction and resources, the house was fully prepared, marketed beautifully, and sold right on time. She is professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in her clients' success. I'm grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond.

Highly recommend Carlee, professional & personal, keeps you informed and updated on what is happening. Made the process as easy as possible.

Pleasure to work would recommend her to anyone!
