Tony was great in keeping us informed with the market prices and how we should change the prices of our 80 year old house depending on traffic, etc. He was great with working with the buyers agent and since he has been in the business so long, he had a good rapport with her. As different problems occurred, he quickly got them handled.

Tony was great to work with since this house was 80 years old and in a historical area with small streets. A lot of people didn't like that or the age of the house. He changed marketing strategies to get more traffic because at the beginning there wasn't much traffic. He definitely knows his business and did everything he could to finally get the house sold.

My son was living in the house and preparing to retire from his civil service job. He thought he'd be retiring early, but it turned out. It was much later. Anthony was very patient and understanding and helping with selling the house. It took us 10 months, but he finally was able to go full force to sell it, and it only took about a week and he had it sold. I'm so thankful and grateful to him for all the work he did and having to put up with everything that he had to put Up with to get it sold thank you so much, Anthony.
