Racklin Realty, INC

My wife and I have used Brandy to purchase and sell multiple pieces of property for us. Whether it was for our family or an investment, she was willing to help us accomplish our goal. She was very honest about what we could and couldn't get the property bought or sold for. I would recommend her to anyone at anytime.

We highly recommend Brandy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and motivated real estate agent.A She scheduled several showings the first day the house was listed and we had multiple offers within 24 hours. She coordinated all of the inspections, legal work, paperwork, etc. and kept us informed every step of the way through closing.

Knowledgeable of the area and schools, professional courtesy throughout the process, and very customer oriented. All of our needs were met throughout our home buying experience with Brandy!

It was a good experience to receive support from Brandy and Clark Real state group, honest and transparency in all the steps involved in the process to sell my home located at Olney Illinois. I fully recommend the service based in the professional guidance, the wide and diversity method to spot the house as well in the closing trade development.

A friend recommended Brandy for the selling of our house. We are so pleased with her professionalism and enthusiastic attitude. Since we had never sold a house before we were uncertain of the whole process. Brandy walked us through the process, lined up showings right away and sold the house within 24 hours. Then she made sure to keep us informed through the finalizing of the sale. Thank you so much Brandy for your work on out behalf.
