Rick went way over and above what we would expect a realtor to do. We contracted with Rick to sell my in-laws house in Longmeadow. He did a full inspection of the house and provided clear advice about what needed to be updated or repaired. He provided recommendations for who could do the repairs and, most importantly, saved us a ton of money by knowing what didnt need to be updated prior to listing. I was referred to Rick McCullough by a longtime business associate. He did an outstanding job from start to finish and was great to work with. My goal was to purchase a condo in a specific location with a list of 'must haves', then sell my house. Initially, Rick reviewed the entire buying/selling process with me and was able to refer me to other RE professionals which helped to form a great team.
