We were introduced to Dave by a mutual friend. We were looking for a lake home site in Montana for a vacation home. Dave was simply amazing. He had done all the preliminary research on the different lakes and land that was available. He had market comparables completed as well as recent sales data. He had researched the best locations and market values and had short listed them for us. He took the time to orient us to each potential lot and its strengths and weaknesses. In short he made it incredibly easy for us to make a educated decision. Op top of all this Dave is just a really nice guy. We found him to be completely honest and trustworthy. He is also very helpful. We bought over 7 years ago and he still does favours for us like stopping by our property in the winter to make sure it is ok and letting the furnace guys in to make some repairs. He has also helped us by making suggestions on local trades people to do work on our property. In our opinion there isn't a better guy you could have on your side when looking for real estate in Montana.
