ZillowVERIFIED We have bought a number of properties through the years and I have never before truly thought the agent helping us was exceptional, but that is the only word that comes to mind for are experience with David Stone & his associates. We were shopping for a second home in a different state which added a level of difficulty. He totally adjusted his schedule to ours whenever we could be in town both while looking at properties and later when purchasing. He negotiated a great deal for us and after closing continued to assist us while we were back at our primary home. He even drove out to our vacation home and put up house numbers so others could identify the house. I would strongly recommend him to any one in need of an excellent realtor. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I first contacted Dave on accident, we wanted to look at a home and he was the first agent listed on the Zillow page for that home so we figured he was the listing agent, he was not. We were so very lucky to have made that mistake! David was a true blessing for us. We don't believe we would have gotten our new home with out his tenacious pursuit on our behalf. David took us to many houses we wanted to see, but we soon found out why each of them were still on the market. Every time my wife wanted to see a home David made himself available to show her, and then graciously did it again when my wife wanted to show me a home she liked. When we finally found our new home David got us in to be the first showing we put in an offer at the end of the showing. David meet with the owner on her lunch break, and we had a buy sell agreement before the second showing (I believe their were three scheduled the first day after it was listed). No one else even had a chance. David really did everything he could to make sure the home that we feel in love with was ours. He even lent us a lawnmower to use until we could acquire one. If you want a real-estate agent who is truly on your side give David a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Having spent most of our adult lives in Asia my wife and I looked forward to purchasing our retirement home in the U.S.A. We returned briefly for a visit in August 2011. It was at that time that we met Dave Stone and requested his help in finding a home with a small acreage. At that time he helped us through the process of making a bid on a property being auctioned by his agency. Failing to win the bid Dave offered to help us find a home even though we would be returning to Asia. He said that we could search for a property on the internet and he could "make it happen" by showing the place to our son, emailing videos and handling the paperwork in order for us to have a place to live in when we retired in a year or two. He did just what he said he would do. We found just the property for which we were looking. He emailed forms which we signed and are turned. Unfortunately, our offer was rejected. Dave did not give up. We sent him more places to research for us, all the while keeping our eyes on the property which we desired. There were some very nice properties but we still hoped that, just maybe, the price of our special property would be reduced to where we could afford it. About the time we retired and returned to the States, Dave found out that the property that we desired was going to be sold on a "short sale". Dave shared with us the pros and cons of buying on a short sale and told us it could take six months or more. We told him that if he was willing to go through all the work and wait time, we were willing to give it a try. Since April 2013 We have been living in a very comfortable home in a beautiful place. Thanks to Dave Stone. Dave has a desire to find out what you are looking for and help you do it. He will help you weigh the pros and the cons. He is honest and will help you through the things you may not know understand purchasing a home. We found him to be very patient and a joy to work with. Our experience with Dave involved, home auction, regular purchase and short sale. We found him to be competent in each of these areas. For us, he went above and beyond that which we expected him to do. We highly recommend both his character and services.

He had done all the preliminary research on the different lakes and land that was available. He had market comparables completed as well as recent sales data. He had researched the best locations and market values and had short listed them for us. He took the time to orient us to each potential lot and its strengths and weaknesses. In short he made it incredibly easy for us to make a educated decision. Op top of all this Dave is just a really nice guy. We found him to be completely honest and trustworthy. We bought over 7 years ago and he still does favours for us like stopping by our property in the winter to make sure it is ok and letting the furnace guys in to make some repairs.
