Highly Recommend! Best ever realtor! Anna recommended us great property for rent where we were absolutely happy for few years. We recommended Anna to many of our friends and they were absolutely happy and thankful to us for connecting them with Anna.Once we decided to buy our own house, Anna helped us to buy a beautiful house. Since that was our first ever house we didn't know what we need and what to look for. Anna was super professional and spent a lot of time with us explaining different aspects, what to focus on, and so on. So with no understanding of what we need, we got to the point where I had a clear picture of what kind of house we need. In a few weeks and Anna found a house that that mirrored by picture. Few years later, with the family growth, we were looking for a bigger house. We had no doubt that we need exactly Anna, to find a new house for us. She is the best realtor I ever worked with. She knows every builder in the Austin area, knows their quality, communities, existing and potential construction areas. Anna was for us like to "personalized Google search": she knows everything or can find any information or option you need, so you feel very comfortable with here. Very responsive and helpful during negotiations. We saved a great amount $$ on the builder, got our inspections reimbursed, and so on.

Be aware of this agent if you are planning to start any transaction with her. She is an owner and agent of a house she showed us for rent in leander tx, we decided to rent the home. After she sent us a link, we filled up the application and paid $120 fee but before she could approve/reject our application, she informed us that there are other people considering that property as well. She asked multiple people to submit the application without approving/rejecting one at a time, who knows may be just to collect the application fee or tease them? I could understand if she considered backups after rejecting one which is in consideration but asking many applicants same time to apply and make them pay application fee for no reason is not a fair practice. In most cases for 1800/month rental property, people already know if they would qualify or not before applying. This agent/owner made it look like winning a lottery. Teasing potential renters by playing guess games with them. I'm glad that I did not take her home.
