Craig has been very responsive in addressing my inquiries. His market research was very thorough and thoughtful. He has made listing my home remotely very easy. I'm excited to be working with such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable realtor.

He answers his phone!!! And he answers for both buyers and sellers. (That is a bid deal up here.) He answers questions, and does really good with E-mail although he does not do text. He is excellent with Short Sale houses. Although short sales are never fast. :) But he can explain every thing you need to know about them. He does charge an extra $2000 for his side of the realty. Its just nice to know before you go into it. He only takes one picture for a listing. So you may want to stage your own house and send him the pictures, and your selling paragraph if you want more. I think he makes his money by quantity not so much quality. I have successfully used him to purchase 2 houses.
