Puffer Morris Real Estate Inc

Josh has been a good friend of the family, former student of my fathers, and former supervisor of mine so I knew I wanted to work with Josh from the start. He is amazingly detailed, isnt pushy or sales person like, very personable and made the experience fun and as stress free as possible! He kept our heads up and encouraged us when we didnt get the first house we made an offer on and when we found the home of our dreams, he made it happen and helped push for us! Josh is an amazing person and realtor. Would 10/10 recommend reaching out to Josh if youre looking to buy or sell a home. He is AWESOME!

Amazing! That is the word that comes to mind when I think of Josh. Simply amazing in all that he does. He was prompt when we asked him to show us a perspective property, gave us a great insight on the properties as we walked through them and he was always very professional. I really cant say enough about him. He found my husband and I our forever home and we will be forever thankful for that!

Josh was ALWAYS available. He was prompt with answers to all of our questions. He has a great sense of humor and was always considerate. He made our home search stress free. He knows his business and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

Josh was amazing from beginning to end in assisting me to sell my home. It was a lengthier process than anticipated, with various issues arising throughout, yet Josh was always working hard to get us back on track. He was readily available to answer any questions or assist in any concerns I had. He truly went above and beyond in his interactions with me and Id recommend him to anyone.

Definitely a hard working agent. Keeps in touch with the process. Even works while on vacation. Couldn't have bought my house without him. Will be referring people I come across who want to buy a house to Josh
