Providence Realty

Tara was instrumental in the success of three transactions for our family. Both sales resulted in receiving several thousand dollars over asking price, and the purchase she assisted with went extremely smoothly due to her knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend contacting Tara for any real estate needs you have.

Tara was a referral and since day one she explained to me the process of selling my house. she was there from the start to the day we closed. I appreciate her time and dedication she had with me. I will definitely refer her to any friends or family members.

Tara was very responsive and got the job done quickly and efficiently. She helped us to secure a contingent offer during a tough market. We sold and bought at the same time, and were able to close on both properties within a week.

Tara was amazing throughout the entire process. She was very helpful from beginning to end. My experience buying my very first home was quite easy thanks to Tara. She was very professional and I knew I was in good hands ever since the first time we spoke. Tara is very passionate about helping others find their dream home. I would recommend Tara any day of the week. Thank you Tara for all of your hard work and dedication in helping me buy my first home.

Tara helped us sell our home for $10,000 over asking price, not to mention purchase a home with a contingency. She did an excellent job negotiating repairs and advocating for us as buyers. Tara was able to smoothly facilitate the whole process, which was rather complex at times. We found her to be extremely proactive and reliable, and would strongly recommend her for real estate services.
