My husband and I worked with Sam and Bailey for both the sale of our first home and the purchase of a new home. We loved working with them so much, we used them for the sale and purchase of our second home as well - so weve worked with them over several years in different housing markets. Sam and Bailey are definitely a dream team. For the sale of our homes they included a detailed pre-inspection process, priced our home perfect for market and with the proof of why, yet were open to any suggestions and encouraged us to make the final decision every step of the way. They offered guidance in any updates we wanted to make and staging before listing to put us in the best position to sale. They did extensive marketing before our home went live, exceptional video walk through and hosted open houses. On both occasions our home sold quick. Working with them was seamless, paperwork wise as they are excellent communicators and make the process as simple as possible. On the home search and purchase front Sam and Bailey went above and beyond to be available. Even in moments where I requested a same day or next day showing, they made it happen. Sam or Bailey were always there to do a diligent walk through with us on any home we were interested in calling out things of concern, and working through our ideas or question. When it came time to put in offers Sam and Bailey were quick, prepared and came to the table with smart suggestions. They helped us negotiate the best deal for our situation. Not once, but twice! We plan to stick with this team. They are trust worthy, kind, smart and offered a large data base of trustworthy referrals for anything you need along the way such as roofers, plumbers, inspectors, etc. All in all, if youre looking for a realtor that is truly out for your best interest, I would highly recommend this team. Great realtor, went through 6 different houses with me over the course of 4 months until I found the one I wanted. Unlike the other two realtors I initially worked with, Sam actually criticized the houses and informed me of all the problems I would have to deal with if I went with a particular home. It was very refreshing to have someone give an honest opinion instead of just trying to sell the house, and helped me avoid some potential headaches I may have stumbled into as a first time home buyer if not for his expertise. Providence Realty as a whole was very helpful, with an excellent senior realtor (Bailey) who handled the offer submissions using a very efficient layout, which provided all the relevant data and made suggestions on how to make my offers more appealing in this very competitive market. They also did well in coordinating with my bank and provided a utilities concierge that helps with the initial move in and setup. Thanks again to everyone involved!
