We met Molly DiSalvo in the Spring of 2022 during an open house. We were beginning to think of transitioning to a 55+ community. To prepare, Molly came out and assessed our house in 2022 and began sending us listings fitting our criteria. We appreciated her non pressure approach. She let us set the pace with no expectations. In the Spring of 2023, we decided to move forward. Molly came back out with a colleague, reassessed our home, and developed a plan for marketing our property which included a video, 360 walk through video, and detailed photos. Our final listing was impeccable and represented our home and property wonderfully. We decided on scheduled viewings only and put the house on the market right before Labor Day 2023. Our home sold at above asking price within a couple days. Molly negotiated us staying in our home post sale until our new home was built. We had never heard of this and were impressed that Molly made this happen for us. We ran into a major snag when the original buyer backed out of the contract for no reason just a couple weeks prior to the closing. Molly jumped into action and reached out to another potential buyer who had expressed interest and got our home sold again within a couple days. She is currently working with her team to get the Earnest Deposit for us. Molly worked with us throughout the process of selling our home with understanding, expertise, and compassion and we highly recommend her.
