Kevin was amazing, from start to finish in our home buying process. As first time homebuyers, we had so many questions and wanted to weigh out all of our options. Kevin took the time to show us numerous homes, answer our questions and talk us through every step of the process. He was knowledgeable on the area we were looking in and was able to provide so much insight for us as we explored many different options for our family. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure that we found the home of our dreams and that it was a smooth and seamless process. With his help we found our perfect home in just 2 weeks and not even a month later were in our new home today. We are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Kevin, and I would recommend him to any family or friends looking to purchase or sell their home.

Kevin was great! He understood what we were looking for and provided us with all the information we needed. He knows the area very well & was able to share his honest opinion. He was very responsive & and answered any & all of our numerous questions. He shared examples of houses that sold in the area, and when making suggestions regarding the potential offer amount - he had the data to back it up.
