Teresa was the perfect agent to work with! Amazing communication skills, listened to our needs throughout the whole process, she went out of her main area of selling homes to find the perfect one for us, and worked with our hectic schedules. She knows the market very well and knew what to look for in the older homes that could be expensive fixes down the road. She wrote all of our offers up insanely fast. The last offer of ours that we put in wasnt the highest offer, but with Teresas knowledge and expertise it offer got accepted because it was a well written, clean, and competitive offer. Looking back at this home buying experience with her, I have so much appreciation and couldnt imagine doing it without her! Thank you Teresa!

Teresa is on the next level of real estate!! She has set the bar high with her expertise, proactiveness, overall knowledge, and attentiveness to every circumstance we faced throughout our home buying experience. We genuinely felt her personal care for our needs and was guided throughout the whole process with a positive approach EVERY TIME! She is a force to recon with! :) Not to mention her negotiating skills. Teresa is amazing and we cannot wait to have her represent us in buying our next property!

Teresa is AMAZING. We werent officially looking when we found the listing, but as soon as we called her she was on top of everything. She provided so much research on the property and pretty much held our hands as first time buyers. She did so much last minute leg work and was always there and prepared. She did a ton of behind the scenes work and coordinating for us especially with finding reliable people to get us quotes and inspections. She is so thorough and knowledgeable with the market, and was such a breath of fresh air going through the entire process!

Teresa did a great job!! Our home was sold in less than a week!! Impressive work - highly responsive - kept us updated throughout the process. Couldnt ask for a better realtor or experience.

Excellent- available all the times. Takes care of even the smallest details. She made sure she knew our wants regarding the sale of our house. Kept us informed of every contact made with potential buyers. We cant say enough about the service & care we received from Teresa. I highly recommend her skills to people looking for a realtor she listens to your needs and then does her research and provides visual & written documentation. Very professional and she gets along well with the other realtors.
