Elizabeth and Joe were consummates professionals every step of the way. They stepped in the gaps where we had questions or concerns, and took initiative to complete our home sale quickly and efficiently. They were responsive and prompt. They also listened carefully to us and what we wanted and made sure to advocate for our perspective and provided advice when appropriate/requested. Would 100% recommend Elizabeth and Joe (either as individuals or as a team) to friends and use both their services again. You cannot go wrong here. We had a few special 'situations' during the process of our sale. Both Joe and Elizabeth handled each twist and turn with professionalism, urgency, and respect. I feel this bears mentioning because anyone can do a great job when things are easy -- but there were some nuances and they were part of each step, advising us and helping expedite the process as much as possible. One of the things we hate the most in the home shopping process is being bombarded with texts, emails, calls at all times of the week. From real estate advisors, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, etc. You wont get this from Elizabeth Glick, she contacts you when needed and communicates professionally and gets to the point. Her knowledge of the process helps you with making decisions and while she offers very clear advise, she makes sure they are your decisions.
