She really went above and beyond through every step. During our first conversation, she came prepared with a whole introductory packet on steps that I needed to take before we started looking at houses and walked me through the entire process so I knew what to expect. She went with me to so many houses, and I knew she was really invested in finding "the one" for me. She gave me support when I needed it, calmed me down whenever I got anxious, and even some tough love from time to time :)! We absolutely adore Casey! She was extremely helpful with finding a home for our little family :) Responded very quickly to messages day or night regardless of what big or small things we were wondering about, and if for some reason she didnt have the answer, she would find out and get back to us within a day or less! We were living in Chippewa Falls, and she traveled hours round trip looking in multiple different cities so we could find a nice place in Greenwood!
