About Casey Levrich
I'm a Chippewa Valley REALTORA(R) helping buyers and sellers make their next move with a little less stress and a lot more strategy.
I especially love working with families who have outgrown their current home and are trying to figure out the logistics of selling and buying at the same time. It can feel overwhelming figuring out where to start, how the timing works, and whether the numbers even make sense. My job is to turn all of those moving pieces into a clear plan.
I'm also passionate about listing homes and believe great marketing goes far beyond putting a property on the MLS. I use professional photography, video, social media, and modern digital marketing to help homes stand out and reach the right buyers.
For buyers, I'm not the agent who will try to convince you to love every house we walk into. I'll point out the weird floor, questionable basement, busy road, and anything else I think you should consider before making an offer. I want you to feel confident about the home you choose, not pressured into buying one.
I work throughout Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Altoona, Lake Hallie, and the surrounding Chippewa Valley, and I also love helping clients relocate to the area.
My business has always been relationship-first. I want my clients to feel comfortable sending me the Zillow listing they can't stop thinking about, asking the question they think is silly, or telling me they have absolutely no idea where to begin. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, but it doesn't have to feel intimidating.

I've worked with clients in just about every stage of homeownership, from first-time buyers purchasing their very first home to families selling and buying at the same time, homeowners downsizing, and clients relocating to or from the Chippewa Valley.
I've also helped clients navigate moves involving divorce, estates, investment properties, vacant land, new construction, and major life transitions where the real estate piece is only one part of a much bigger picture.
While every situation is different, I especially love working with move-up families who have outgrown their current home but aren't quite sure how to coordinate selling, buying, financing, and moving all at once. That's where having a clear strategy from the beginning can make a complicated move feel much more manageable.
One of my favorite recent transactions was helping a client sell her home because she had decided homeownership simply wasn't what she wanted anymore.
She was a single mom and ready for a lifestyle with less maintenance and more freedom. She found an apartment community she was genuinely excited about, complete with amenities she and her family would enjoy, but she initially struggled with the idea that other people might judge her for selling a home and becoming a renter again.
I loved this transaction because there wasn't a "bigger house" waiting at the end of it. The win was helping her make a decision that fit the life she actually wanted.
We successfully sold her home, and she walked away excited about her next chapter. Transactions like this are a great reminder that real estate isn't always about moving up or buying more. Sometimes the best move is the one that gives you more of the life you want.
Real estate was actually a career change for me. I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in social work and spent years working as a clinical social worker, including seven years as a therapist with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
I had always been interested in real estate, homes, and marketing, and eventually decided to take the leap and earn my real estate license. What I didn't expect was how naturally my two careers would connect.
Buying and selling a home involves so much more than contracts and houses. There are big decisions, competing priorities, stressful moments, family dynamics, negotiations, and major life transitions. My background taught me how to listen, communicate, problem-solve, and stay calm when things get complicated, and those skills have become a huge part of how I serve my real estate clients.
I also discovered how much I love the creative side of real estate, especially preparing and marketing homes for sale. What started as a career change quickly became a career I genuinely love.
Yes! Before becoming a REALTOR®, I earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in social work and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I spent seven years working as a therapist with the Department of Veterans Affairs before transitioning into real estate.
While it may not be traditional real estate training, that background has been incredibly valuable in this career. Real estate transactions involve communication, negotiation, problem-solving, competing emotions, family dynamics, and sometimes very stressful life transitions. My clinical training taught me how to listen closely, ask the right questions, navigate difficult conversations, and remain calm and solution-focused when things get complicated.
I've found that some of the skills that made me a good therapist are also the skills that help me be a strong advocate for my real estate clients. The paperwork and contracts are important, but understanding people is a pretty big part of this job, too.
