I have worked with Agnes 3 times now over the past 10 years. I don't know how to describe her in just a few words but Ill try. Agnes is ALL the things you'd want your realtor to be: professional, honest, trustworthy, creative, very responsive, tireless, unbelievably knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive, upbeat, and in my opinion, a realtor who is second to none! Whether you are buying or selling she is the gold standard. I can't thank her enough for all she's done for me!

Colleen was extremely knowledgeable about local market trends and helped us find our dream home in a competitive neighborhood. She helped us through contracts, timelines, and legal paperwork. She was very responsive on texts, emails, and phone calls. In a multi-bid environment, she helped us navigate and put a compelling offer together. I highly recommend Colleen McAuliffe as a fantastic realtor to work!

Kara is an experienced, kind and trustworthy agent. She drew from a broad network of people that she has formed relationships with which helped during the whole sales process. On a matter she was unfamiliar with she did her due diligence to acquire the knowledge needed. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. She also has a great eye for detail and her write-ups were fantastic. Our home sold very quickly and she was involved during the final negotiations that helped significantly on closing day.

Kara is the best! We looked at endless homes and she kept encouraging us daily unitl we found our dream home! Extremely knowledgeable in the market and the hardest worker!!

We had an outstanding experience working with Kara and Colleen with @properties! They handled both our house sale and the search for our new home with total professionalism. They were always responsive, extremely helpful, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our results and highly recommend this fantastic team to anyone looking to buy or sell!
