We randomly met Kara at an open house one weekend and at the time did not realize just how LUCKY we were!! Kara treated our family as if we were her only clients. She was always extremely responsive and exhibited a great amount of patience as we were in no rush to find a new home. She made herself available on weekday nights, weekends, even Mothers Day (when there was a house on the market we knew wouldnt last long)! Karas knowledge of the Western Springs/LaGrange/Downers Grove/Elmhurst areas is unsurpassed, which was critical to our negotiation process. She truly understood what we were looking for in a home and provided several insights throughout the process that we hadnt considered. As new homes came on the market, Kara highlighted those she thought we would be interested in. We feel that Kara maintained the PERFECT balance of offering her opinion, while allowing us to formulate our own decisions.
