Brian Durkin was, and is, a complete pleasure to work with in both buying and selling a home. His knowledge, friendliness, and responsiveness made a stressful process in our lives far better than it could have been. I appreciated his candor and ability to see the positives as well as the problems with properties we looked at in the journey. His guidance in the decisions and negotiations was also needed and very much appreciated. Thank you, Brian, for all your hard work!

Bridget Is good at what she does. She bent when needed and held firm when appropriate. She helped me get the most I could for the property. She did all this with a smile and a quip. She helped me stay in reality.

Bridget is the most delightful realtor in the business. This was my first time buying and she was able to help me find the perfect home. She treats her clients like family. You could not ask for a better real estate agent. 11/10 for Bridget.

Bridget was great! As a former Realtor, I know what it takes to be great in this field and that's Bridget. Always on top of any issues that arise and always pleasant. She held an open house the first weekend that generated five bids, over asking price. She then met with each interested party and negotiated a great offer. Thanks Bridget for a great sale!

Thank you for being so patient, helpful, understanding and compassionate on the sale of my home during a very difficult time. I highly recommend Bridget to anyone
