My experience with Peggie was incredible. I got connected with Peggie through Zillow when I was starting the process of buying my first home that I just moved into at the end of May 2020! With it being my first time going through the long process of buying a home, Peggie was great at communicating every step of the way and always was available day or night for any questions I had. As soon as the initial offer on the home was submitted, it was obvious that she knew how to get a deal done. She was well equipped with negotiating tactics that led to a quick acceptance of an offer which got me to the home I am in today! After the offer was accepted she was very respectful of letting me find a lender, inspector, and a real estate attorney on my own if I wanted to but had very reputable contacts for those services which I did end up using and they were awesome at their jobs, as well. Peggie had constant communication with the sellers agent and would take no time to reach out when I had questions that she knew the agent could answer which was very helpful. Peggie helped us to successfully buy our new home and sell our existing one in an overlapping pair of transactions. And she did this during the hectic period of coronavirus stay-at-home rules which made viewing and listing houses especially difficult. She is intimately familiar with the western suburbs, and showed us houses from Elmhurst to Downers Grove to Wheaton and everything in between. She helped us through inspections, negotiation and attorney reviews as both buyers and sellers. As buyers, she had tips we never would have thought of as we looked at properties. And for the house we sold she helped guide us in spending just enough and on just the right areas before we listed the house so we'd attract the most buyer interest and maximize our return on the sale.
