Peggie is a Rockstar! This is our second time buying with Peggie and first time selling. We cannot thank her enough for her patience, knowledge and kindness throughout every process. She was able to get us our most recent home in an extremely competitive market with 20 offers besides ours. If it was not for her incredible reputation, we would still be looking. If you are looking for the best realtor, look no further than Peggie! Thank you Peggie!

Wow I have nothing but the most wonderful things about Peggie. I had a stressful one. She used her contacts and wealth of information to help get my house sold. 15/10 would recommend. Multiple offers first day. Please, if youre even considering her as an option. Youve won. Thanks Peggie again for all your hardwork.

Peggie was instrumental in helping our large family navigate difficult market conditions and find our dream home. Her negotiation skills, knowledge of the market, and legal team are top notch. Whenever we faced a difficult moment or werent sure what to do, Peggie rose to the occasion and delivered. If youre looking for expertise and execution, look no further.

Peggie is hands down the best realtor in the Chicagoland area. From initial conversations to discuss what boxes I wanted to check for my ideal home, all the way through to the final paperwork, she was nothing short of sensational. What I found to be the most valuable was her incredible knowledge of the market, along with a keen eye for catching things in showings that most individuals would overlook (including myself). She was very honest and transparent with me on a few different homes, ultimately leading to my purchase of a home I could not be happier with. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Peggie's no-pressure approach left me feeling comfortable throughout my time working with her. You cannot convince me to use another realtor in the future, and I certainly will NOT!

Peggie was amazing to work with. When I first reached out, I was not sure how soon I wanted to sell(which ended up being fast). Peggie came out to meet with me, see the property, and give me next steps when I was ready. Peggie made it really easy to look at properties, advise me along the way, and really helped me both with the sell of my house and finding my new house. She was super professional, easy to communicate with and kept me up to date. Peggie goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend working with her!
