Brittany is the epitome of reliable and is more than eager to help on a home buying journey, doing whatever it takes. She is more than helpful in the "administrative" tasks that could otherwise render a search frustrating - scheduling time, communicating with other agents. That and she has a pulse on the market / knows what is of value. She will be honest in her analysis of all properties listed and how it compares to your needs and wants. If selling a home there is no doubt the same dedication would also be afforded - just look at her listings. Attention to detail and the ability to answer in depth questions are some of her many specialties, not to mention being an all around nice person.

Nothing gives more confidence in a realtor than hearing agents on the other side of every showing not only know Brittany, but rave about her. Brittany's confidence made us feel informed and at ease in a world we knew very little about, and that confidence is backed by an incredible depth of knowledge and experience. She was incredibly responsive, we genuinely felt like we were her only clients. Time and again she dropped everything to get us a showing, meet us at that showing, offer thoughtful guidance, and help us move quickly, all while making us feel like her top priority. We can't wait to work with Brittany again and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone navigating today's competitive and overwhelming real estate market.

Amazing - Brittany is the best realtor I have worked with. She's all over it. Very impressive. I highly recommend her. She advocated for us throughout the process.

Brittany was wonderful to work with - always very responsive and reliable with timing and tours. I found my dream apartment, and had it viewed/signed within a week due to her expertise! Thank you Brittany!

Brittany is hands-down the best agent Ive worked with. I owned a condo in the city but live out in Barrington, so I needed someone I could fully trust to manage things on the ground aEUR" and she delivered far beyond what I expected from a listing agent. If youve ever questioned whether a real estate agent is worth the commission, Brittany is the answer. She personally project-managed a full renovation before we even listed, connecting me with a great GC and overseeing him through the whole process. She picked out most of the design details herself, which saved me from having to hire a separate designer entirely. Her judgment on what to fix and what to skip was spot-on. Despite it being a smaller condo, she never handed me off to a junior agent aEUR" she stayed hands-on through the entire process, was always easy to reach, and never pushed me toward a price just to close faster. The result: we sold $100K over asking with multiple offers in a single day on the market. She is worth her weight in gold. Beyond the results, she was genuinely fun to work with aEUR" responsive, low-stress, and clearly great at her job. Id recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the city without hesitation. 11/10 experience.
