@Properties Christies International Real Estate

Monique was integral to our journey as first time homebuyers in a tough market in Chicago. She was honest throughout the process and helped keep our expectations in line with the competitive market. She saw countless condos with us and always educated us on features to look for - other agents often commented how good our questions were! I would have given up without Moniques persistence and encouragement and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. She knows the city so well and you will benefit from her years of experience.

I had my home on the market for 6 months with another realtor. Never got one fair offer. About 9 months later, I decided to go with Raymond Vazquez. He was professional and knowledgeable and we discussed a price. I can not believe how fast my home sold. Also for more than the asking price! Now I needed to purchase something. I counted on Raymond to guide me to the right prop and he did. Before the closing, my father grew I'll and passed. I was out of state and Raymond took care of every detail. I could not have done it otherwise. I highly recommend Raymond Vazquez and everyone at Truman and Co! Thank you!

Monique found me my dream condo. While on searching, she also was very realistic about the pros and cons, not just trying to make a sale, but finding the best place to make a home. She was very committed to finding me something I would love for a long time.

Monique was a great resource to have during my apartment search in Chicago. She knows the Chicago area well, provided great recommendations for the type of apartment and amenities I was looking for, and was quick to set up and schedule showings for me. She was well prepared and knowledgeable in helping me apply and be chosen for an apartment in a competitive market. I was very happy to have Moniques help during this process as I could not have done it on my own!

Monique is outstanding! Her expertise in the Chicago market and strong network made the whole process smooth and successful. This was our second time working with her, and once again she was responsive, patient, and always on top of the details. Thanks to her diligence, we found exactly the home we were looking for. Highly recommend!
