Esmeralda did more than an outstanding job helping me sell my home and buy a new one. She was extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily friendly. But don't let her calm nice demeanor fool you when it came time for negotiating price and deals she was very Fierce and made sure to get us the best possible deal on both selling my house and buying my new one. The thing me and my family appreciated the most from her was her responsiveness to us as a clients even though she's working with dozens of people at a time she made us feel like we were her most important client which is how she treats all of her clients. If I ever sent her a text or a call she would always respond within 10 to 20 minutes if she didn't answer the first time and for anyone that's ever dealt with someone as busy as her you know that that's an extremely impressive response time. She was so professional and her program that she has for First Responders was absolutely amazing and it saved me $7,000 with all her discounts combined. I cannot recommend asmeralda and her team enough me and my family are extremely happy and satisfied with her and the way she presents it herself every time we talked or met! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy sell or rent!

Esmeralda was fantastic throughout the whole process of us purchasing our condo in Chicago. She is very knowledgeable about the market and her expertise and guidance was crucial to our purchase process. Esmeralda was also very professional and patient as we continued to change our minds of what exactly we wanted. Since we do not live in Chicago, she made herself available for our visits and was extremely prepared to ensure we made good use of our time during our condo-hunting visits. Overall, she is passionate, positive and professional. I highly recommend working with her!

Esmeralda was extremely responsive and professional. She assisted me with the sale of a family home in Chicago. Not only did she help me get the price I was hoping for, but she assisted every step of the way. This was very helpful to me as I live out of state. The sale happened in December and heavy snowfall hit while we were in the final stages of the process. Esmeralda went to the house and shoveled the snow around the property so the buyer could have easy access during the inspection. This was a task she did on her own which showed me how committed she was to the sale. I highly recommend Esmerelda. She delivers!

There aren't enough stars for Esmeralda. She helped us through three major milestones: selling our first condo, buying our dream home, and then, four years later, selling that home when we had to make an unexpected international move on a very tight timeline. Through every transaction, she was knowledgeable, strategic, hardworking, and always focused on what was best for our family. What really sets Esmeralda apart is the way she cares about her clients. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but she consistently went above and beyond. After our beloved cat passed away, she gave us an incredibly thoughtful closing gift that meant more to us than she'll ever know. On moving day, when everything felt chaotic, she helped haul boxes of donations to Goodwill, kept my toddler happily occupied so I could focus on the movers, and made one of the most overwhelming days of our lives so much easier. She even gave up part of her own commission to help get our sale across the finish line. It's rare to find someone who is both exceptional at their job and genuinely invested in the people she works with. Esmeralda is exactly that. She combines deep expertise with kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to her clients. If you're buying or selling a home in Chicago, I can't recommend Esmeralda highly enough.

Esmerelda treated us like family. She anticipated our needs and supported us in discovering the best property ! She is enthusiastic, hardworking and answers her phone, responding to all our concerns. She is professional and handled the paperwork side of the transaction perfectly.
