My fiancA(C)e and I had the pleasure of working with Dasha when we bought our first condo a couple months ago. Dasha went above and beyond for us with her expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills. While it was our first time buying a home and were unfamiliar with the process, Dasha did a great job at explaining things and made every step of the process easy for us to understand. Dasha is highly responsive and was very quick to provide us with clear answers whenever we reached out with any questions. And when it came time for us to submit an offer on a place we thought would be competitive, Dasha did a great job at figuring out how to structure our offer to make it as competitive as possible, which helped us get our offer accepted. Andy is phenomenal!!! He was our rock through the entire purchase process. As first time home buyers, we had a LOT of questions throughout the process and Andy was extremely responsive, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and strategic at every phase. He also connected us to a handful of his "team" (lender advisor, inspector, etc.) and they were all excellent. We felt that we were in great hands with Andy at every step and we ended up with everything we wanted with our purchase. Could not recommend Andy more!
