Ardit always went above and beyond by being very proactive and available to go see couple of condos every weekend. Additionally, his experience was very helpful to immediately detect when something was not very good quality or any other deficiencies at the places we were looking.

Bobby was incredible to work with. I was a first time home buyer so I had very little knowledge of the process and what needed to get done. Bobby did a great job teaching me about the process and was very responsive to answer any questions along the way. He provided referrals to people that were needed for the process (inspectors, lawyers, homeowners insurance agents) and they often came out on top after us vetting multiple vendors for each part of the process. When we did the final walkthrough, Bobby was thoroughly looking through every inch of the condo to make sure there were no surprises. He was able to find one issue that wasn't caught in the inspection and negotiated to have the seller put money in escrow to pay for the cost to repair. This saved us thousands of dollars and all happened within 24 hours before closing. Bobby did an amazing job and I absolutely recommend using him. He also has a great network of people to help through every aspect of the process.

Bobby came highly recommended to us, and we are so happy we connected with him. We collaborated in selecting and viewing many Chicago rental properties, customized to our preferences. He came well-prepared and was very knowledgeable during showings and gave helpful, insightful feedback about the properties. He interfaced with the listing agents and landlords, so we didn't have to. He saved us untold time and stress with his expertise. Ultimately, he went above and beyond to secure the property we ultimately selected. He was very responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the property selection and couldn't have done it without Bobby!

Bobby and Ardit are outstanding to work with. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and they advocate for their clients, no matter if you are buying or selling. Their experience goes beyond just the housing as well, their connections are cut from the same cloth as them and value the relationship of the client over "just getting it done". 10/10 will work with Bobby and Ardit again.

Ardit is literally the best real estate professional in Chicago, I worked with him briefly years ago and when it came time for me to actually buy a property I called him up immediately. Ardit knows everything and everyone, for a first time buyer like myself he made the process effortless and accessible. Can't recommend Ardit enough!!
