My sister and I entrusted Vergis with guiding us through the process of selling a family home that we inherited along with our brother. Selling a home can be a stressful experience, but working with Vergis Eiland and his team at @Properties made the process not only seamless but incredibly successful. From the outset, Vergis' vast knowledge of the market was evident. His expertise and experience were invaluable in guiding my sister and me through selling a unique home in an unpredictable market. Vergis didn't simply list the home and wait for buyers to come--he proactively sought out prospective buyers, ensuring the property received the attention it deserved. His excellent advice on pricing the home competitively resulted in multiple offers within a week of listing--even as other properties in the area were sitting and reducing their prices. He skillfully guided us through evaluating those offers, ultimately securing the best outcome for the property with terms that were beneficial to all of us. Navigating the complexities of an estate sale can be challenging, but Vergis handled everything with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. He was communicative and accessible every step of the way. His skill and expertise were instrumental in addressing some challenges that arose with the buyer's agent and lawyer. His assistant Jamie was equally outstanding--professional, kind, and always responsive. Vergis and his team demonstrated great integrity throughout the process, and I have nothing but praise for the exceptional service they provided. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly committed to your success, my sister and I cannot recommend Vergis Eiland highly enough.
