@properties

Jerrick made the process so easy for me to sell my home after 30 plus years. His knowledge of the market brought me a much better price than I expected with a very quick sale and multiple offers. I must say I was not looking forward to the showings and yet my house sold the first week! The closing was quick and smooth and I was very grateful for someone handling all the details for me. I highly recommend Jerrick and Ivana Longest with @properties for their experience, expertise and excellent customer service!

Ivana is simply the best! She has sold 2 home for me and 1 purchase. Her knowledge and experience of in the housing market is outstanding and both homes sold in less than a day. On the home we purchased, she negotiated a fabulous deal for us. She is the only broker/agent I trust and will ever use. She cares deeply for her clients and her attentiveness is unmatched. Ivana and her team will get the job done and you will not be disappointed.

Ivana and Jerrick Longest were absolutely amazing in the home buying process! From the time I made the initial contact to beyond my closing date, the LONGEST GROUP with @properties have been resourceful, compassionate, professional and ultimately the best of the best in their craft. Working with @properties allowed me to enjoy the home buying process. I had so many questions about the process and Ivana was available around the clock to attend to me personally. She was patient in scheduling meetings and home viewings around my schedule, and I appreciated her expertise while viewing homes. I was impressed by how much I learned from @properties about the home buying process and 'the market.' There is so much misinformation communicated to the public about real estate and while it was overwhelming in the beginning, during my experience working with @properties, Ivanva helped cut through the noise, providing the data and clarity I needed to make confident, informed decisions. I never imagined I would find my dream home in Gardner, but Ivana knew I had found the perfect property the moment I arrived. She identified exactly what I was looking for by reading my reactions to the little details I had missed when searching without her professional guidance. I have already referred THE LONGEST GROUP with @properties to my neighbors. I highly recommend their services to family, friends, and anyone considering buying or selling a home
