Peter did a great job understanding our needs. He helped us purchase a townhome at the price range we were comfortable with. He knew the market and the comparable prices . He did not pressure us to buy a home that we were not comfortable with, but just showed us what was available out there. He also regularly reminded us what needed to be done. Without him, it would not have been possible for us to have acquired a home so quickly since we do not currently live in the state. Peter found us a good lawyer and home inspector also. He basically made my life easier by doing all those things necessary prior to closing. He also sold my mother in laws home within a few days at a price that exceeded her expectation, and she is quite content with the sale price.
