Prominus

We have used Jenny at Prominus for both the purchase of a home, and the lease of a home (as the landlords). She is beyond responsive, informative, helpful, and just all around outstanding. The combination of her expertise as a former construction defect litigator, and her knowledge of the DFW real estate market, makes her an invaluable asset to any client. The purchase or sale of a home is one of the most important financial decisions you will make, and you will feel secure in Jennys hands!

Jennifer was amazing to work with! Not only was she incredibly responsive and detail-oriented throughout our home-buying and selling process, but she also went above and beyond when it came to a title issue on our new home. (She went to the Dallas library and did some legal research to ensure our title policy didn?t have an exemption related to the set back. Even the title company said they?d never had a relator do that before). We are so grateful we worked with Jen and could not recommend her more highly!

Jennifer found us a unicorn of a house that has a guest house for a live-in family member. Not only did she sell our current house for top dollar, she also negotiated an amazing deal on our purchase. Her extensive knowledge of real estate law is invaluable when dealing with other realtors that make mistakes. We will never use anyone else. She even came to the house to help clean and organize before photos (sorry Jen, I know you will hate me for letting that be known)! Jennifer is the hardest working, most motivated, ethical and knowledgeable realtor in DFW.

Jennifer is the quintessential professional. She always seems to be one step ahead of the things that come up during the buying/selling process. I enjoyed her never quit attitude as she represented me. Dont hesitate to have her on your team.

Jen helped my husband and I find our house in Lake Highlands and sell our old house in the Urban Reserve this year. I selected Jen as our realtor because her previous legal experience makes her an extremely competent and fierce negotiator. As a commercial real estate attorney, I didnt necessarily need to hire a realtor but Jens expertise in the market and legal acumen make her an unbeatable asset to have on your side. What I loved about working with Jen is that she always had a solution or workaround to offer to help move negotiations forward so that we were able to secure the offers we wanted (both on the buyer and seller side) quickly. Jen is very thorough, responsive and diligent; she was always prepared to jump on whatever house we wanted to look out and I really appreciated her critical eye. Jen isnt a realtor just trying to sell you on something. Shes quick to point out potential issues and ask tough questions in order to make sure her clients are protected. Most importantly, Jen is absolutely amazing to work with on the personal side; she is truly thoughtful and caring and became a true friend in the process. I cant recommend Jen highly enough - you wont regret it!
