Please read this review if you are looking for a realtor. My husband and I were in the market for a realtor to sell our house. We met with several realtors and as soon as we met with Ryan Houvalth and his teammate Irene we knew he was the right realtor for us. Ryan gave us his strategy for the sale of our home and was spot on. We signed with Ryan and immediately after that he went to work on getting the house to market. Unlike other realtors in the past who gave us a list of things to do with the house he gave us his recommendations and then helped us with each item we needed to do with the house. From the cleanup, HVAC repairs, landscaping, furniture removal and so much more Ryan was there throughout the process. Once the house was on market we got 4 offers the first day and got $300K over asking price. Ryan is a special person and talented businessman and realtor. Consider Ryan Horvath at Sothebys in Summit NJ when you are in the market to sell your house. Its a very stressful time and he took a lot of that stress away from us.

Ryan is simply THE BEST REALTIR We couldnt recommend him more He did an outstanding job in assisting us with the purchase of our first new house in USA His expertise in the markets geografic area and his eye for finding great opportunities that fit his clients needs combined with a very hands on proactive approach was instrumental in helping us find a hidden gem and achieve a competitive purchasing price value in a highly competitive area in the house marketHe was trustworthy reliable friendly responsive and in consistent contactRyan was very involved in all aspects of the closing and and always gave us great advice What could have been a very stressful experience with Ryans calm and competent approach was somehow transformed into a great practical and confident experience We have found our Realtor for life Thank you Ryan

Ryan was best in class. His local knowledge and connections are unparalleled (granted he does live and raise his family in the community so to be expected). When we had questions on value, hed chase down comps. When we had questions on home layout, hed bring the measuring tape and even used AI to show potential staging ideas! When we found our home, we didnt have to worry about a thing once we were under contract, he made the whole process so smooth and simple! One story of going above and beyond - we IDd some minor roof repairs that were going to be needed. He found the roofer that installed the roof and the roofer agreed to handle the repairs free of charge as roof was still covered by his warranty! He didnt have to do this, but thats the kind of teammate he is. Always looking out for you. Will use Ryan Horvath next time, anyone would be lucky to have him.
