With all good words from my friends, I had her as my buyer agent and it's turned out the most pleasant experience I ever had with a real estate agent. Dawn helped me on almost everything at the time I purchased a property with her, step by step, from negotiation, signing the contract, all the way to the final walk thru, closing, and even after. She even helped me finding a good financing bank, and most gratefully, I got her honest input of market, and many assistances after closing including finding the tenant, referring, and contacting the contractors.
