My wife and I first worked with Joe Fortuner in 2022 when we were moving to Virginia Beach for a military PCS from Washington. The selling was when he truly went above and beyond. He worked directly with a contractor on my behalf to coordinate repairs, helped me save money, and made sure the work was done the right way.
